1. Services
HoloFans provides professional 3D holographic content creation services for holographic fan displays. Our services include custom logo animations, product showcases, and promotional content optimized for holographic fan displays.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We accept payments via PayPal. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions to submit your project briefing.
3. Delivery
Delivery times vary by package: Essential (5-7 business days), Business (5-7 business days), Premium (3-5 business days priority). Delivery times begin after we receive your complete project briefing. Final files are delivered via email in MP4 format optimized for holographic fan displays.
4. Revisions
Each package includes revisions as specified in the package details. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the initial delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered content for your business purposes. You must own or have rights to any logos, images, or materials you provide. HoloFans retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the final delivery after all included revisions, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@theholofans.com with your order reference.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete briefing information, including high-quality logo files (preferably vector format), brand colors, and project description. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery times.
8. Limitation of Liability
HoloFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
